TLT is run by dedicated volunteers. TLT empowers its volunteers through its philosophy of T.A.C.T.I.C.S which means: Togetherness, Availability, Commitment, Teachable, Integrity, Character, Servant leaders.
Kitchen Department
The Kitchen department was the first department within the Lord’s Table ministry. This department meets the needs of our members by serving meals during service. In addition, the goal of this department is to become a food bank where members and the community can obtain free food as well as a café to provide employment for our members.
Voice of Deliverance
The purpose of this department is to minister quality praise and worship during service. Some of the future goals for Voices of Deliverance include ministering in other churches, shelters, and even on the street.
Ushering
The Ushering department welcomes members and constantly informs people about upcoming programs and special events. This department also keeps track of attendance, new members, prayer requests, etc.
Technical
The technical department sets up and monitors necessary audiovisual equipments for services and functions.
Prayer
The people in this group are the foundation of The Lord’s Table. They are the intercessors for the ministry and for the individual members of the ministry. Prayer Warriors begin prayer before each service and are in charge of setting up prayer points and night vigils for the ministry.
Maintenance
The Maintenance department is in charge of setting up and cleaning the facility before and after service. The overall goal of this department is to keep our environment clean.
Evangelism
The goal of the Evangelism department is to minister to those on the street and in the shelter about the love of God and the vision of the Lord’s Table.
Education
The focus of this department is to assist TLT members in gaining trade, certification, or necessary degrees to help them begin a new life.
Employment
This department will assist TLT members in gaining temporary and permanent employment positions. Volunteers in this department will assist members in resumé writing, interview skills, and conduct job-training workshops. The future goal of this department is to become TLT Employment Agency
Mentors
The mentors of The Lord’s Table Ministry will be assigned up to five members of the ministry who they can connect with and develop positive spiritual relationships.
Creative Arts
This department uses their creative talents to design birthday cards, posters, etc. for our members and volunteers. The creative arts department also includes media arts (TLT publication i.e. Miracle Minute), and the drama team.

(Lord's Home Volunteers)
Lord’s Home Case Managers
Case managers are individuals willing to manage members residing in the Lord’s Home on a case-to-case basis. These volunteers will oversee their progress; assist them in job searching skills, educational skills, and other aspects of their lives. Developing positive spiritual relationships is also a key component of this department.
Lord’s Home Crisis Management Team
Individuals will counsel those who have life threatening situations in a group setting and on an individual basis.
Substance Abuse/Mental Health Counseling
Volunteers in this group will counsel those who have drug, alcohol, and mental health issues in a group setting and on an individual basis.
